Returns Procedure for International Orders (outside the EU)

A few words about ordering & returns:

This area is extremely boring, I am not sure if anyone will read it, but it is important to set up a few guidelines for peace and happyness.
Before making the decision of ordering a product and by that we mean completing a transaction please make sure it is really the product that you want and need. For instance is it the right size, colour or motive. In order to check that the size you picked is right one. Please check the measurements of the respective T which you can find in the details of every design (just measure your favourite shirt, spread it on the floor and measure it just like we did with our T design and compare it with our gradation).

The reason why we are stressing this issue is that we can not take responsibility for any self inflicted misspurchase or damage. You can always return an unused item and exchange it or get your money back but we can not cover the shipping costs for returns. So making the right desicion is very important. I hope you guys understand our point of view. We are a very small company and since the costs for the items are relatively high there is simply no margin left for a generous return policy.

You also have to read the Washing Instructions and follow these steps. Things can go terribly wrong if you don’t follow these instructions and we can not take responsibility for washing mistakes.

However in some instances returns are unavoidable. For instance if we fuck up and send you the wrong stuff or our manufacturer messed up. In this case we prepared this here for you:

If for some reason, you have received a wrong or defected product you will be able to return it by following these steps:

Please note that these return guidelines only apply to product purchased on the Website. We cannot accept returns of products purchased elsewhere.

To return an item:

1. Retrieve the invoice that came with your order and send an email to:
Please provide us with the invoice number and explain the reason for the return (in some cases it will help if you provide us with images). We will then study the case and will get back to you. Please give us 5 days. If we accept the return we will let you know which Parcel Service you should use in order to mimimize costs. Packages must be returned with the freight prepaid.

2. Please make sure that your return package is packed and sealed securely. Please also include either a copy or the original invoice in the package.

3. Please download and fill out this RETURN.pdf and add it to the package.

4. Once we receive the package we will get in touch with you and will ask you to send us an invoice over the shipping costs. For this we will also need a copy of the original shipping invoice . We will then transfere the amount and reverse any paypal or credit card transaction. To receive a replacement for your product you must place a new order online for the replacement.
