The conditions set out on this page are subject to all closed contracts with 500 GODZ (Stottrop & Schramm GbR - Germany) about the purchase & delivery of merchandise from the 500GODZ online shop (www.500godz.com).

PRICES AND SHIPPMENT COSTS
All prices contain the German VAT Tax. Shipping Costs vary depending on the quantity of ordered merchandise. Please go to shipping for further information.

ORDER TRANSACTION / CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT
500GODZ only sells products to individuals, who can purchase with a credit card/debit card. You must be 18 or older to purchase a product.
When you place an order to purchase a product from the Website, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. However an act of sale only begins with the receipt of the delivery or after the expiration of the 4 weeks acceptance period, which begins with receipt of the merchandise. If we don’t receive any further notice or the merchandise is not returned within this period your acceptance will be effective.

INSTRUCTIONS OF WITHDRAWAL

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You can cancel or withdraw from the contract within a 4 week period beginning on the day of delivery. This withdrawal notice can be send via email, fax or regular mail. The acceptance period begins with receipt of the merchandise subject to the condition that you have received the merchandise and these instructions in written form and all duties to inform have been complied by us. The return costs up to 40 € will be covered by the customer. In case of our negligence (wrong item has been shipped) or damaged merchandise we will always cover the shipment cost for the return. In order to ensure the acceptance period it is important to send a letter of withdrawal to either:

CONSEQUENCES OF WITHDRAWAL
If a withdrawal occurs the received benefits on both sides need to be warranted back or at least compensations for relished advantages needs to be made. You will receive any payment made to us and we receive any delivered merchandise back. If you can give back the received merchandise only in an altered or declined state we will need to be compensated for any obsolescence. We do accept that the merchandise is tried on the same way it would be tried on in a store (only 1 time).
You can avoid any dispute by not wearing or using the merchandise.

500 GODZ offer different payment methods:

• PayPal
  You can pay us via paypal. The merchandise will be shipped upon receipt of a Paypal affirmation.

• Credit Card
  We offer VISA/MASTERCARD. YOUR CREDIT Rating will be verified upon the amount. The order can be denied if a negative inspection result is received.

• Advance Payment
  You can transfer the due amount via bank transaction. Upon ordering you will receive an order confirmation via email containing our Bank Info and a purchase order number. Please use this order number together with your full name in the note to payee box. Bank Transactions can take up to 5 days your order can only be processed upon arrival of the payment
  

MINIMUM AGE
You need to be 18 or older to purchase in the 500GODZ online shop.

DELIVERIES
All products purchased from the Website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. If you have received confirmation of shipping but your products have not arrived, please ensure that you have allowed sufficient time according to the estimated delivery times provided to you on your Shipping Confirmation Email. Your order should normally arrive within 6-12 days (within Europe 2-6 days, Germany 1-4 days). However please allow up to twenty (20) days for delivery.
If after this time your products have still not arrived, in the first instance please check with your local mail delivery office to see that they are not holding your parcel. If they confirm that they do not have your products, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

UNABLE TO DELIVER
It can happen that you order an item and we are out of stock. In this case we will contact you immediately. We will cancel the purchase. All payments will be refunded.

The accessed colors on your monitor of the 500godz.com content can differ from the color of the actual merchandise.

In a case of defect we will stick to the legal warrant period and rules. If a product is defected please contact us immediately. A warranty claim exists without prejudice of legal claim and privilege.
